This position requires the following experience:
- Administration in Microsoft Windows NT/2000/XP/2003 environment
- Exchange server
- Outlook, Outlook with Blackberry integration
The experience in the following areas is highly desired:
- Lotus Notes
- ACT
- Relational Database such as Oracle, SQL server
- Telephone system/Voicemail
- Documentum
