Elaine S. Price
Co-Founder, President, and Chief Executive Officer
Elaine is a successful and energetic entrepreneur.
Throughout her extensive career in enterprise computing, she has served as the CEO and founder of four successful
companies and, as president and CEO of Platform Dynamics, Elaine is responsible for establishing and evolving the
company’s strategic vision while building and leading an organization that plans to lead the way in Enterprise
Content Management (ECM) integration products.
Elaine’s 20+ year career includes senior management positions with leading high technology companies like
Digital Equipment Corporation, where she was responsible for the global deployment of enterprise solutions in
support of regulated industries.
Elaine’s extensive corporate background enabled her to develop the practical knowledge required to successfully
create and manage multiple international startup companies from concept to sustained and profitable growth.
Elaine founded Phoenix Systems Integration; its German sister company, Phoenix Systems Integration
(Deutschland) GmbH; and CYA Technologies where she was the visionary behind the CYA product suite.
Elaine’s visionary abilities have earned her international recognition. She is a sought-after speaker, and a
frequent expert commentator for members of the media on topics including Content Management, Business Continuity,
Secure Collaboration, Backup and Recovery, and Entrepreneurial Expertise. Customers, partners, the press and
industry analysts alike value her perspectives and opinions.
Bruce L. Rudolph
Vice President and Chief Software Architect
Bruce brings 24 years of experience developing software to support large technical and mission-critical applications.
His experience comprises all phases of product and application development, including requirement analysis and
specification, design, implementation, and testing. Bruce is recognized in the industry as an expert on disaster
recovery and software development and speaks frequently at leading technology conferences.
Prior to Platform Dynamics, Bruce was a co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of CYA Technologies, where he led the
development team that made the entire suite of products a reality. Bruce was the original architect of CYA HOTBackup™.
Before lending his guidance to CYA Technologies, Bruce was a senior technologist with Phoenix Systems Integration.
During these years, he played a critical role in helping to set the direction for the company’s technology and
solution design, as well as the company’s high standards for project delivery and client service.
Early in his career, Bruce spent 15 years with Norden Systems (originally a division of United Technologies, now Northrop
Grumman) in positions of ever-increasing responsibility within Norden’s Software Engineering Department. During his last five
years at Norden Systems as a Senior Software Engineer, Bruce was responsible for the design and implementation of
mission-critical, real-time solutions for the Department of Defense and commercial air traffic control systems.
Bruce holds a Master’s degree in computer science from Polytechnic University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
from Central Connecticut State College.
Rich Vinchesi
Corporate Finance Consultant
Rich brings over 15 years of experience in executive management and corporate finance. Prior to joining Platform
Dynamics, he was the founder and principal of Olympic Advisors, a trusted consulting resource to software companies
seeking growth capital in the venture capital community and as they negotiate strategic partnerships and agreements.
Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Vinchesi’s industry focus has consistently been centered in the Software,
Media and Telecom sectors of high technology. Rich has served as Chief Operating Officer/CFO of several pre-IPO
technology companies on both the East Coast and in Silicon Valley. In these capacities, he led the day-today
operations, driving efficient and effective business processes and operating strategies, while also negotiating
numerous and varied Equity Financing Term Sheets and transactions for Preferred Stock, ranging from Series A through
Series F, with numerous venture capital firms. As part of these successful financings, he was instrumental in
strengthening and sharpening the positioning of these companies throughout their markets.
In his early career, Rich was an Investment Banker at Salomon Brothers in New York, specializing in bringing many
first-time issuers to the public equity and debt markets.
Rich holds a Master’s Degree in Management (MBA) from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern
University, and a Bachelor of Science from the Stern School of Business at New York University. He is also an Adjunct
Professor at New York University, teaching "Principles of Financial Modeling."
C. Randall Price
Co-Founder and Vice President of Strategic Account Development
Charles (Randy) Price has more than 20 years of experience in direct selling high technology products to Fortune
1000 companies. Randy’s experience in the high technology sector has afforded him substantial contacts in the
industry, as well as a reputation as an aggressive yet fair businessperson. As a co-founder of Platform Dynamics,
Randy rounds out the management team with his ability to aggressively penetrate new markets with innovative,
business savvy approaches. Randy is highly knowledgeable in all aspects of business including finance and
technology, which enables him to structure deals that best serve client needs, while generating longterm revenue
and assisting in the development of new products.
Platform Dynamics is the third company that Randy has co-founded. The first, Phoenix Systems Integration continues
to successfully implement, integrate and customize enterprise content and document management systems for Global
2000 companies. The second, CYA Technologies, remains a leading provider of business continuity solutions. During
his early career, Randy held sales management positions with high-profile technology companies such as Platinum
Technology, DBMS, Sterling Software and DataEase International. He consistently achieved more than 150 percent of
quota and won many sales awards during his 12 years at these companies.
Randy’s extensive experience in hardware and software sales, as well as in management and as a business owner,
gives him an in-depth understanding of all facets of business. He is well known in the industry and is able to
leverage old contacts to develop new opportunities. Randy’s experience provides him with a strong background in
developing solid sales pipelines, strategies, and packages — including product packaging and marketing — that makes
him an invaluable member of the Platform Dynamics senior management team.
